agentOS
Staff sign in with their agentOS login, and colleagues from the same agency join the same organisation automatically.
Find anyone Search tenants, landlords, applicants, vendors, buyers, contractors, solicitors and more across every branch you can access, from three letters.
Guarantors and other contacts Contacts held on a person's record show with their relationship, such as “Mary Smith — Guarantor of Jo Smith (Tenant)”.
Start from the record Open a chat from an agentOS record; the mobile is read from agentOS at that moment, never typed in.
Notes written back Every message sent or received is saved to the agentOS record as a note with a link to the full chat, word for word or as an AI summary for longer messages.

Your permissions apply Search runs as each staff member, so people see only what agentOS already lets them see.
Any contact list
Upload a CSV or Excel file of up to 5,000 rows, match the name, mobile and email columns on a preview, and download a list of any rows that were skipped and why. Contacts can also be added by hand, and a number that messages you can be saved as a contact straight from its conversation.
AI agents
Claude and any client that speaks MCP connect to your account with OAuth or an API key, and send through the same numbers and rules as your team.
How agents connectHubSpot and Microsoft
An admin connects HubSpot or Microsoft once for the whole business. Contacts with a mobile sync every night and whenever someone presses Refresh now, in both directions.
Names, mobiles and emails sync both ways. Edit a contact in WhatsAppOS and the change goes back to HubSpot.
Your Outlook contacts and the folders inside your Contacts folder sync both ways, with edits written back to each contact.
If a contact changes on both sides between syncs, HubSpot or Outlook keeps its version and the contact is listed for you to check. A contact deleted there is marked as removed here, and its conversations are kept.
