Yes. Every WhatsAppOS account includes an MCP server. Claude or any MCP client connects with OAuth or an API key and can send WhatsApp and SMS messages, approved templates and bulk sends, add contacts and read the inbox, all from your own numbers and under the same rules as your staff.
Yes. The MCP server takes actions with an API key, so your own code can send messages through it as well as AI clients. A REST API returns your conversations, contacts and bulk-send results as JSON, with interactive documentation inside the app.
Yes. Messages can carry photos and files, locations, contact cards, quick-reply buttons and lists. When the same message goes by SMS, media is sent as a picture message where the country supports it, otherwise as a short link, and buttons and lists become numbered replies.
Your own. Each workspace, such as Lettings or Maintenance, has its own number, bought in the app and used for both WhatsApp and SMS. Admins add another workspace and number whenever a team needs one.
Free text can be sent within 24 hours of the customer's last WhatsApp message. Outside that window, only a template Meta has approved can be sent. The message box shows which applies, an agent can check the window before sending, and a customer's reply reopens it.
Every business starts with four templates submitted to Meta for it: appointment confirmation, appointment reminder, follow-up and callback request. Admins can write their own, track each one's approval, and fix and resubmit any that Meta rejects.
Up to 500 recipients per send. You preview who gets what, choose to send now or after 1, 5, 15 or 60 minutes, can cancel before it starts, and see each recipient's result afterwards.
A STOP on WhatsApp means that number is not sent WhatsApp messages by your business again. A STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE by SMS is recorded too, and sending that person an SMS needs a signed-in staff member to confirm it, so no agent or script can do so.
Staff are offered the same message by SMS from the same number. If they choose to send it, it goes into the same conversation, and that customer's replies then default to SMS until they next write on WhatsApp.
No. You can add contacts by hand, import a CSV or Excel file of up to 5,000 rows, or sync HubSpot or Microsoft Outlook contacts both ways. agentOS users also get sign-in with agentOS, search across their agentOS records and every message saved back to the record as a note.
An admin connects HubSpot once for the whole business. Contacts with a mobile sync every night and whenever someone presses Refresh now. Name, mobile and email sync both ways; if a contact changes on both sides, HubSpot's version is kept and the contact is listed for you to check.
Four years by default. Admins can set a different period for their organisation.
Admins look after workspaces, numbers, templates and settings. Every member can message, reply, start conversations and hand them to colleagues.
