Features
WhatsApp and SMS for your whole team: shared conversations with clear owners, rich messages, templates Meta has approved, and bulk sends with a result for every recipient.
Templates
Outside WhatsApp's 24-hour reply window only approved templates may be sent. The message box shows Free text open or Template needed, and offers only approved templates when one is required.
Starter pack Every business starts with four templates submitted to Meta for it: appointment confirmation, appointment reminder, follow-up and callback request.
Write your own Admins write templates with examples and track each one as Draft, Submitted, Approved or Rejected.
Fix and resubmit A rejected template shows Meta's reason, and an admin can edit it and send it back in one step.
Bulk sends
Pick recipients from your contacts or agentOS, choose the workspace, write the text or pick a template, and preview who gets what before anything goes.
The right message per person Each recipient gets text or a template depending on their reply window and preferred channel. Anyone who opted out is left out.
Send delay Send now or after 1, 5, 15 or 60 minutes, and cancel any time before it starts.
A result for every recipient See who was sent the message, who was skipped and why, in plain words.
Group conversations
Start a group from an agentOS tenancy and its tenants are added with their mobiles. Each message goes to every member individually, on their own channel, and their replies come back into the one group thread. Members never see each other's replies.
After each send: “Sent to 3 of 4 — Tom: template needed”
Rich messages
Send photos and files, locations, contact cards, quick-reply buttons and lists. The same message works by SMS: media goes as a picture message where the country supports it, otherwise as a short link, and buttons and lists become numbered replies.
Attach a photo or document and it sits in the conversation with the rest of the thread.
Share a contact the customer can save, or a pin they can open in their maps.
Opt-outs and history
A customer who replies STOP on WhatsApp, or STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE by SMS, is recorded as opted out on that channel, with a badge on the conversation.
Message history is kept for four years by default, and admins set the period for their organisation.
Offer up to three quick replies or a list to pick from; the tap comes back as the customer's answer.
Workspaces, numbers, templates and settings are admin-only. Everyone can message, reply and hand off.
