By accessing or using WhatsAppOS you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. WhatsAppOS may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account. WhatsAppOS may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You must not abuse WhatsAppOS, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape or harvest data without permission, or use the service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
Paid plans are billed in advance per the price displayed at checkout. Refunds follow WhatsAppOS's refund policy communicated at point of sale.
WhatsAppOS retains all rights to WhatsAppOS's software, designs, and brand. Customer data you submit remains yours; you grant WhatsAppOS a limited licence to process it to operate the service.
WhatsAppOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.WhatsAppOS disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatsAppOS's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or WhatsAppOS is limited to the amount you paid WhatsAppOS in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. WhatsAppOS may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, governing law) survive.
